‘Rumours’ is a madcap farce, set in the living room of a large house outside London, home of the Assistant Deputy Minister of Finance, Charlie Brooks. Guests are arriving for the wedding aniversary dinner of Charlie and his wife Vivian. The first couple to arrive discover Charlie has apparently tried to commit suicide – unsuccessfully! Charlie’s wife, Vivian, is nowhere to be found, neither are the servants. As a more hilarious and complex set of guests arrive, there are cover-ups, deceptions, mistaken identities and a lot of huge laughs. Rumours is one of Neil Simon’s most celebrated comedies – and his other well-known plays include ‘Barefoot in the Park’, ‘The Odd Couple’ and ‘Plaza Suite’.

Tickets are £15, Concessions £13, Family Tickets £42 and on Thursday night ‘4 for 3’.
